This Very Bright Pristine Estate Pendant features a 6X6mm Heart Cut Lab Created Ruby set in the center of a open gold Heart frame. On each prong that holds the Lab Ruby is a Natural small white round Diamond, aprox .05cttw, 3 in all. Down the right side of the Heart frame is the word "MOM" spelled with a heart shape as the "O", and also on both side rims is the same "MOM" cut out. The Estate Heart pendant measures aprox 7/8" in length (including bail) and aprox 3/4" in width, and weighs aprox 1.865 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt & Manufactures initials on back) 10Kt Yellow Gold.
