Estate Find - BUXTON Large Vanity Top Jewelry Box - Filled w. OG MCM Jewelry EUC

This Mid Century Vanity Top Jewelry/Cosmetic Box by Buxton (made in USA) Screams Glamour + Old Hollywood. Solidly constructed with leatherette style white exterior, and classic MCM pea green velour and satin interior. Large in overall size, sits nicely on a dresser or vanity top. In great condition overall condition for its age, with only minor flaws in a few high contact areas, like on the draw pulls and metal hardware. Exterior looks fresh + clean, which is rare for white. Interior is clean overall with some minor fuzz + debris. Some minor marks may exist from the jewelry pieces flattening the velour flocking for so many years. It should be able to be brushed back to life with the proper type of suede style brush. The inside of the top tier stands up nicely on its own, when you open it up. A beautiful retro green satin fabric adorns a metallic logo, maybe a monogram, or company logo. The satin has a few pin pricks from using it to hold brooches in the past. Overall, I would say its a 9/10 for overall vintage condition. The box still contains the jewelry items which were inside when I purchased it at a N.E. estate auction. All pcs look to be wearable. I have not tested any of them + haven't verified any marks on the jewelry. All the jewelry box trays + drawers open normally. There is a key hole, the key is NOT included, it is unlocked + usable "as is". Looks to be an old fashioned diary key style hole, it may be easy to replace. Ships safe + within 24 hours!
