shanto902 @lateralady I got home and measured and I’m pretty sure it’s 21 “ but I just measured around the circumference. It is adjustable. Honestly I’m not sure how to measure it and there is no size tag that I can find.

shanto902 @lkausblvd I’m sorry I don’t know a thing about wigs. I got these from a friend. It’s a stretch cap. Not lace and I’m not sure about the other question you asked. It just says fiber made in Japan. Wig made in Indonesia. I’m sorry I don’t know more.
