Etcerta party dress w/ cowl neck in blue & black. This dress is very flattering on because the black triangle parts create an illusion of a smaller silhouette. Midi size dress and the royal blue is a silky fabric while the navy blue and black are a thicker cotton. Very comfortable and fun to wear with a black belt. Only worn once.
