Etcetera wool blend skirt

Beautiful, barely worn wool blend skirt that's great for fall/winter. It IS a heavy piece. Skirt is lined with side zipper and tiny snap. The front fringe detail is adorable. The black buckle is patent leather and adjustable. The colors are great and easy to pair. They are: black, white, gray, kelly green stitching and cobalt blue. I wore this once for 2 hours.
