Ethnic Mask

These masks are made by the Wouna'an and Embera women. The fiber comes from the dodgy palm native to the Darien Jungle in Panama. The fibers and dyes are extracted from roots, plants and fruits that grow in the jungle. Estas mascaras son confeccionadas por las mujeres Wouna'an y Embera. La fibra proviene de la palmera chunga nativa de la Selva del Darién en Panama. Las fibras y tintes son extraidos de raices, plantas y frutas que crecen en la selva.
