This Etincelle Couture Jacket is all black in a lovely and soft velvet material. It features shoulder padding, black velvet buttons along the front and lace detailing on the inner part of the lapel that peeps out for an elegant look.This jacket has two layers (see photos). This jacket has only been worn a few times and shows no signs of wear, rips holes, etc. Measurements available upon request.
