jennkrupa If you go up the top seam and along the collar line and back down to the other seam it's 18" - If you take the tape measure straight across from the top seam to the top seam of the shoulder it's 16". The material is 94% Viscosa (Rayon/Viscose) and 6% Elastin (Elastic), so it's a very cool stretch jersey-like fabric. Unlined of course and beautifully made.
