Etro Size 0 (38) Pencil skirt

Iconic Etro printed front panel of black pencil skirt with white waistband. Size 38; fit is quite slim--like a European-designer size 0-2 rather than an American Mall Store size 0-2--with the waist measuring 13" from side seam to side seam across the front. Skirt is lined and has a bit of stretch; fabric tag has been removed but feels like a blend of silk and polyester. (Lining is for sure polyester). Length is 21." Detail to note: a the very top of the waistband there are a few tiny pin holes--dry cleaners used safety pins to attach to wire/paper hangers--that I tried to show in the two close up pictures--that aren't noticeable when the skirt is on.
