Etsy bow tie elastic waist maxi skirt

This emerald green beauty has only been worn once! It has an elastic waist and comes with a sizable sash, that can be used to hide the elastic scrunch at the waist or to fashion a matching top (as seen above). I purchased this skirt from Etsy seller Dressbeautiful and it is very well made. The fabric is chiffon and the dress fits like a M. I will accept reasonable offers! ❤
