European suit skirt L/XL, stylish versatile elegant expensive textured viscose

The belt is 20.5-21”, doesn’t stretch much, has zipper, length 31-31.5”, stretches with ironing at hips and at length, fully lined (lining is slightly teared at the hip level at seam when I started gaining weight), but light and comfortable, worn only three times ( it’s my luck - every time I bought something nice expensive and stylish I was already expecting and soon could not wear it, never returning to previous size after baby).
