This is a cute tulip style cocktail dress from Eva Franco in a Sz 2. It is sleeveless and made of a thick stretchy material. Holds you in and retains its shape quite well. Very unique gathered design on the front waist and a black/white tiered skirt that give it some volume. I wore it once to a wedding and got lots of compliments.
