@doctordeeva Good Morning🤗 Bust is 16 inches; Waist is 13; and the dress isn't exactly designed to be tight on the hips, as it is meant to flow out beneath the waist to create a beautiful elegant look when worn. So it falls to fit your hips at whatever perfect size they are! In the hip area, however, laid flat and fanned out, the measurement is 32 inches. I hope this makes sense! @ahuggins3 I bought it brand new and it has never been worn, so not sure if it would be a stain per se... I can look closer when I get home for you. Hopefully it is part of the pattern on the other side coming through, but it doesn't look that way does it! 🧐

I have added a video of me separating the two layers so you can see the spot disappear when separated from the bottom layer. Please let me know if you have any more questions!!
