There is a portion of the liner that isn't connected to the exterior near the zipper. I don't see this as a flaw as it isn't visible from the exterior and doesn't take away from function. This skirt is absolutely PERFECT for the holiday season! This would be so cute for a night out on the town or even for the office holiday event. The fabric is a beautiful texture material with cold in 2 varieties, Turquoise and aqua! So GORG!
