Eva Franco Navy Dress - Size 8 - no material tag / sample - possibly taffeta?

This is a gorgeous deep navy dress from Eva Franco. Size 8 with no material tag or tags - never worn - likely a sample. I am unsure but it looks like a pleated effect of taffeta. Side zipper. Measuring tape is just there to help potential buyer. Showed small threaded loop / holds belt in place but would likely be recommended to remove before wearing.
