This is an adorable brand new Eva Franco Valencia Striped Dress. It’s black and gray and hugs your waste. The fabric around your waste is stretchy and forgiving, while the stripes are quite slimming. This dress is 97% Polyester /2% Nylon/ 1% Elastane and can be hand washed in cold water. True to size, I have two size 06’s and one size 10. They’re New With Tags.
