Gorgeous blue/purple Eva Franco halter dress. Great Anthropologie brand, machine washable, made in Los Angeles.

Material has some stretch, especially the black band which is a high waist.
Polyester/ Rayon/ Spandex
In great condition.
High waist (under halter) is 11.75” across
It’s hard to measure the length bc it’s a halter but I’d say around 35” laying flat to where the top of the shoulder would be on most.

The dress is all from a knit material so it's not that different, but the black band does feel like a different fabric, slightly thicker with more horizontal stretch than the rest of the dress. But it's not like a big elastic... more like the material a stretchy bodysuit might be made from?
