Eva Franco floral high low dress in size 10 - sample piece - one of a kind

This dress has a lot going on. Eva Franco sample piece never worn and no tag (handwritten tag inside) tag inside says size 6 but hang tag says size 10- please look at pics with measuring tape for guidance. It is a floral print with stripes / base layer is green and is lined. It is asymmetrical and longer in the front than the back. Drape sleeves that have slits on top for a cold shoulder. Very flattering fit.
