Eva Laurel New York Sheer Black with White Polka Dots Button Down Blouse Size 6

This is a circa early 2000’s Eva Laurel New York brand blouse. Blouse is sheer black fabric with white polka dots. It buttons down the front and has 3/4 length sleeves with small ruffles on the hem. The only sign of wear is a small run in the fabric on the back right shoulder (see photos). It is in excellent condition! Black and white polka dots is always very classic looking!
