clawjascloset @caughtyoustarin hi good morning. so sorry for the late response, just woke up. Laid flat, the length is 34.75", waist is 14", hips 15" and the skirt hem is 15". Fabric is stretchy. it's stretchyI also added a photo of how I measured it. I hope that helps, but let me know if you need more information :)
