Eva Mendes Dress

Such a cute vintage dress! The banded waist accentuates/creates a small waist. The neck is high with a funnel accent. The star of this dress is the surprise second skirt that is hidden under the top skirt. There is a spilt in the top skirt allowing for glimpses of the under skirt. The top skirt hits below the knee (I'm 5'8) the under skirt is short, mid thigh length. There is a back zipper and she comes with POCKETS!!!!
