Eva Mendes for NY&CO black mesh funky skirt

I LOVE this skirt! it has a shorter inner skirt covered by a fun "lace" overlayer that is twice as long as the inner skirt...it doesn't fit anymore and I've never worn it!! perfect for a strappy heel or a shiny flat shoe at a summer cocktail party!
