@rouderkirk sorry it took me this lobg....ok the waist in skirt measures 15 inches wide...the peplum waist is just under 16 inches wide. The top is a medium skirt is a 10 i find Eva Mendez runs true to size I'm a 10 in her clothes and never had a problem hope this helps.

@mandm819 so measuring from the waist to the hem its 28 and 3/4 inches....when I hold it up to me I'd say it comes half way between knees and ankles and I'm 5ft 9 inches tall. I hope that helps.....
