Eva Mendes for New York & Company Ribbed Knit Midi Skirt Maroon sz S. Comfy and soft rayon blend, flattering ribbed knit, fitted pull-on style, elastic waistband, dark red / maroon. New without tags - purchased for myself and never ended up wearing it. No flaws, but there are some hanger indentations on the waistband, which should launder out (see last pic).
