Eva Zeisel Art Deco Pottery Vase Gobelin 4 – SMF Schramberg Hand-Painted – 1928 – 1930 Stripe This is a fabulous and very rare vase designed by Eva Zeisel when she worked for Schramberg Pottery, Germany, 1928 – 1930. The pattern is called Gobelin 4 and features a bright playful geometric design resembling chenille fabric. The English translation of Gobelin is 'tapestry weave' which is a perfect description of this stunningly executed Deco design on pottery. No chips or cracks. Amazing.
