Evan Picone Black and White Asymmetrical Dress

Fun but dressy black with white dotted dress that's gotten me through several weddings. It's time for someone else to enjoy it. My mom always called this kind of asymmetrical hem a handkerchief dress. The bottom black border and black shoulder straps are slightly shear.
