Evan Picone Black/White Swirly Dress

Flowy, slight empire waist, falls at or just past knee, side zipper. Great to throw on for work. I found two flaws, shown in last two pics, at side and back of neckline—two faint pink marks (pen?) and ever-so-slight yellowing of fabric on edge. Priced accordingly.
