Evan Picone Chiffon Cocktail Dress Braided Straps

Black chiffon dress with swingy skirt and beautiful detailing. The bodice and waist are all gathered/finely pleated and the straps are braided but feature strap snaps to keep your bra straps hidden. Fully lined and very pretty. Waist is not small- didn't fit me snugly enough in the waist and the length wasn't what I wanted. Would create a fantastic hourglass for an apple figure. It looks brand new but I bought it on eBay and don't remember if it was EUC or NWOT. 37.5" length, 29" waist.
