“NEW” Evan Picone Dress

Evan Picone dress, Size 4P. V-Veck to tie in back just below chest with a drop flare to knees, with short cap sleeves. I am 5’4” and the dress falls on at my knees. Very flattering on. Material noted on label in picture.
