Evan Picone Emerald blue dress.

It’s a beautiful emerald blue dress. Pleated at the bottom and a little pleats at the top. It has a belt and is fitted at the waist, then flairs at the bottom. I only wore a few times and loved it. It’s made of polyester and is dry clean only. It measures 41 1/2” from shoulder to bottom. From waist to bottom is 25 1/4.
