Evan Picone Faux Wrap Dress

Black and white faux wrap dress Black Label by Evan Picone. 94 percent polyester and 4 percent elastin. The dress has a small whole in back bottom of the dress. Pictures provided. Also I never wore the dress which means I purchased it from the store with the hole and did not notice it.
