Funky and fashionable dress by Evan Picone. Cap sleeves with a square neck. Has a bit more shape than the photos look, but isn't form fitting unless you have large hips. Super comfortable. Has a slight stain (looks like it was maybe a grease drip) in the close-up photo that dry-cleaning couldn't remove - price reflects that. Otherwise a remarkable dress.
