noujamellitus @tickieyoung that is a slimming dress. Bust 21", hip 24", and waist 20". It is not a stretchy kind of fabric, but it does somehow stretch or slim to fit you. I took the measurements when laid flat, but the bust for example could have more room than just 21" but could slim to fit less, if that makes any sense. It does not fit me anymore, I would've given you my measurements if that would've helped.

noujamellitus @tickieyoung the measurements I gave you are while the dress is laid flat and stretched. So all those measurements should be doubled. Also like I said, it will slim to your size. I think it would work perfectly. I'm willing to take it back if it doesn't work, if you'd like to give it a try.
