Evan Picone black/ cream vintage poncho!!!

Evan-Picone black/ cream vintage fringed poncho! OSFA with its cowel neckline. It’s in great used condition… it has tiny pulls but absolutely NO holes and has a lot of life left to keep you warm and cuddly!!! At its longest point it is approximately 42” long!!!!
