Evan Picone rose embroidered vintage skirt with pockets!

I love this skirt so much. Bummed it doesn’t fit. I’m a size 10 roughly. I can provide measurements. USA made. Vintage size 12. Pockets. Fun embroidered rose cross stitch pattern all over. Pretty pleats at the waist. No stretch. I have the matching top in my closet also!
