Evan-Picone Dress. Very figure flattering stretchy dress with horizontal ruching gathered at the sternum to enhance the bust and gathering in the very middle straight down from the sternum to give a slimming look to the torso. It enhances the beauty of a full bust without showing cleavage. The V neck and sternum is outlined in black which is also slimming and flattering. The print is abstract with patterns of teal, tan, black, white and a few other variations of brown and cream. This dress has a 1930s influence. It is in very good condition and without flaws. I think it is probably vintage but I can't be 100% sure. I've owned it for about a decade and it had another life before me.
