Evan-Picone Size 2X black long sleeve dress with black sequins around the neck, flowing a-line skirt with back zipper and shoulder pads. Measurements: back shoulder to shoulder 17 1/2", front length collar to hem 39", pit to pit 24" and sleeves collar to cuff 24". Garment is in great condition.
