Rare find! A gorgeous 1980's Evan-Picone two-piece maxi skirt with matching lace top.
Professionally cleaned; ready to ship quickly, professionally: wrapped in tissue paper & new plastic garment bag.
So petty and similiar to Farm Rio lace fashion at Nordstrom.
In really nice condition--I don't see any flaws.
The top is sheer Battenburg lace with boat neckline, 3/4 length dolman sleeves, & long silhouette.
The top measures: 40" bustline and 28" long
The maxi skirt is fully lined in a solid cream rayon fabric, side pockets, and eye hook & two button side closure.
The skirt measures: 36" long and the waist is 29" wide but the hook and two buttons can be moved to make it looser or tighter.
The fashion was made in America and is a dry clean only fashion.
The size/material label are gone. I am marking as a size small (6-8) so please check the measurements.
Belt not included.
"Evans and Picone went into business in 1949, expanded their line to include classic women's sportswear under the Evan-Picone label.
The clothing was sold in department stores nationwide.
By the time the company was sold to Revlon in 1962, it was one of the best known brand names in women's fashion."
In the 1980s Evan-Picone's focus changed to clothing for the career woman, and the company was acquired by the Jones Apparel Group.
Evan-Picone Sport E.P.S. was trademarked in 1987 and cancelled in 1994."
