Black Label by Evan Picone 1950's/ 60s swing dress, fit and flare V-neck. Faux wrap with belt, fabric has no stretch. Cornflower blue, with white polkadots Vneck and collar. label says size 16 but it runs small in my opinion. I wear a 42C bra and an XL shirt and this dress is to small for me.
