Evanese M Black Sleeveless Dress with White Ribbon

Black dress with ruched or gathered front. Draped scoop collar and sleeveless. 2 white ribbon ties at the waist and a white ribbon trim on the bottom hem. All tags except the brand are missing. It fits like a medium with a chest (armpit to armpit) measure of 15.5" and waist line is 12.5" across. Measurements made with garment laying flat and non stretched. Material is stretchy. Pre-owned and in good condition, a loose seam on the back waist but the material is not torn and can easily be fixed.
