Evans Avenue Black and Pink Tie Neck Poncho Size 18

In good condition, no apparent flaws. Size 18. Has rhinestone gems on the front of the shirt. Can’t guarantee that every single one of them is there but I cannot find any that are missing. Has V-neck front with lace up ties in the front. No liner.
