This is a brand new, size 16, blouse/top from Evans - it was ordered from Avenue. It has long sleeves with a roll tab if you want to wear them shorter. The back is 2" longer than the front. It has small green hearts on a navy background. 100% Polyester. Measurements: Underarm to Underarm While Flat - 24" Sleeve Length - 25.5" Front Length - 30" Back Length - 32" From my smoke free and pet free home.
