rillka @mama_bee_123 hi! They really are awesome bras. I was a 34 DDD/E and this was perfect. It’s soo comfy and really does hold you in. Now you’re definitely going to bounce if you break into jumping jacks, but it holds you in enough that I felt perfectly comfortable wearing it in public running errands and every time I flew. I lost weight and now the band is too big so I need a size down. I hope that helps!
