Evelyn Varon was a French Milliner during 1940's - 1970's. Gorgeous Vintage Petite Hat. Made of a slightly lacquered fabric similar to straw. So Dainty with a Single Scarlett Rose at front. The veil has some damage and can be tucked under rose and leaves or just removed. There is a Mocha Brown Satin Ribbon round Crown. Condition is Perfect except for the damaged veil.
