Evening black and floral dress

This dress has been worn less than 5 times. It is fully lined with polyester layered by a black and flowered chiffon overlay. It has bell sleeves with a lace design half way down. The back scoops to the lower back and the neckline reaches the collarbone. It was bought at a small boutique in Boulder Colorado.
