I’d say it’s closer to 14 or 14-1/2, depending how you hold it.
I’d approximate the bust size to be around 34/36 b or C…. hard to say…. it is firm fitting so has some five in it.

@bibis it's a really close call... I do love that video of how it moves. is there any way to measure the actual circumference at the waist. cause if it's only 29" It won't fit.
