@rarsmyth58 - Hi. the material is listed on the tag that is pictured. The writing is at the top, it says Rayon & spandex but sure feels like cotton to me. The material isn't see thru, l took a picture of my hand under it for you to see. The measurements from pit to pit is 15 inches & the length is in the description.
