Ever Pretty Round Neckline Chiffon Dress

"Ever Pretty" brand chiffon dress with ruffled sleeves, chiffon overlay, fully lined. New with tags. Hemline rounds at the bottom and length hits just about the knee. Never worn. (The color doesn't work well with my skin tone and I've gone past the return date.)
