I'm 5'4" and they end at my ankle, probably full length for those < 5'3"
I think this wash is called Deep Atlantic! It looks slightly darker on the website but is a true medium wash in person

@ko_charmaine That's the wash! I couldn't find a better product photo of it but there's some fading in the denim wash around the thighs and knees
