Size XS: 12.5-13.5" waist, 20.5" hip, 28" inseam, 10" rise. Size S: 13.8-14.5" waist, 21" hip, 28" inseam, 11" rise. Size M: 14.5-15.5" waist, 23" hip, 28" inseam, 12" rise. Size L: 16-17" waist, 24" hip, 28" inseam, 12" rise. Size XL: 16.5-17.5" waist, 26" hip, 28" inseam, 12.5" rise. I bought Small & Medium new but only wear the Medium as I prefer them oversized.
